If you are anywhere near California, the second largest show and swap meet for ex-military vehicles (MVs) and related collectibles in the state is coming up in September in Plymouth, CA. All MVs welcome, any condition. No MV registration fee. Move your old parts and militaria to a new caretaker. Buy things you don’t need. Sell and buy heavy things to avoid shipping costs. Location is the southern end of Amador County Fairgrounds and the adjacent 49er Village RV park. The day visitor and trailer storage parking lot is at the fairgrounds via the Empire Street gate near the 49er entrance. See the flyer.

No admission fee. No vendor fee but all sellers must rent a campsite or cabin. Lots of space for the money. The camping space reservation form is on www.MVCCNews.net. Use it to get a space in our discounted block at the 49er Village, and at our Tent Sector campground at the fairgrounds.

This is historic Gold Country. Join the MV excursion to the historic Kennedy Gold Mine near Jackson and a guided tour for $15 per person. This was the deepest gold mine in California at over one mile deep. Women’s activities Thursday and Friday. Members meeting for the Military Vehicle Collectors of California, the promoter of the Spring and Fall swap meet/shows since the late 1970s. All welcome!

RV/travel trailer rental discounts and golf cart rental info is on www.MVCCNewsnet now. It’s a big venue, so having a small vehicle like a jeep, Mule, or cart to drive around is a Good Thing. The carts are four person flip back types that make a flatbed for your purchases.
