4th Annual event: April 6, 2019. This is a fundraiser for the Archbishop Hannan High School BAND, the Mighty Marching Hawks. All proceeds go to repairing, replacing, and buying new band instruments. Hannan was located in Meraux, LA before Katrina, and lost everything for the band in the storm. It is a long process to rebuild a band program, from uniforms to instruments to sheet music. Hannan’s NEW campus in Covington, LA is a PERFECT SETTING for a car show – plenty of space, CONCRETE parking areas, & a wonderful centralized location on the Northshore (between Slidell and Hammond along the I-12 corridor). The band students welcome all car enthusiasts to come out for music, jambalaya cook-off, craft vendors, and plain old-fashioned car show fun! Gates open 9:00am; car registration ends at 11:30am.
