My name is Martin Bridges, Sr. I am the current President on the Board of Directors for the Westside Senior’s Association. We are the Board responsible for governing and fund raising for the West Side Senior Center, 1501 Hwy O, Gravois Mills, MO 65037. We are having a Charity Vehicle Show September 13, 2026 from 11AM-4PM in the West Side Senior Center parking lot. We are hoping it will be an annual fund raiser for us. There will be no Registration, Entry, or Admission fees. All vehicles are welcome: 2 wheels, 3 wheels, autocycles, cars, trucks, and custom builds. Hotdogs, chips, soda, and water will be available for sale at the show. All donations are welcome. We will be having a 50/50 raffle, and voting for the best or favorite vehicle will be tallied by purchasing $1 votes. The winning vehicle will share their vote tally with the Center. All proceeds will benefit the West Side Senior Center, which is a registered 501(c)3 organization.

The West Side Senior Center provides nutritious lunch 5 days per week, for a suggested $5 donation (but if you can’t pay you still eat), five days per week to all who want a lunch. The favorite meals are typically: fried chicken, chicken fried chicken, ham & beans with cornbread, meatloaf, and baked potato bar, but our cooks make everything well. Lunch typically consists of a soup, main course, vegetables, salad of some kind, cottage cheese, fruit, sugar-free jello (and how our cooks make it taste so good is amazing), a dessert, coffee/tea/lemonade/water. We do not turn down anyone who wants to eat, regardless of ability to donate or age. The Center is a safe place for socialization, games, exercise, line dancing, and more. Any time we are open, the Center is a heating or cooling center for all.
