We need your help! We need to get the word out about the Big Country Swap Meet in Abilene on March 25-27, 2016. We have a fantastic location and are expecting this meet to be the premier west central Texas swap meet for years to come!

We will hold it at the Big Country Raceway (Abilene dragstrip) on IH 20 just west of Abilene which will feature all-weather surface, easy access, permanent restrooms and concessions, and a limited number of RV electric hookups! Response has been overwhelming and we expect vendors from across the state, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

The west central area has never had a large regional swap meet and we are doing everything in our power to make this a fantastic meet for vendors and shoppers alike. We need your help to be sure everyone gets a heads-up in time to make plans to attend.

Here is what we need from you:

1. Notify your members, through your mailing list, webpage, newsletters, meeting announcements, etc, of the details of the event and encourage them to bring parts to sell so we can assure that the meet will be a huge success.

2. Place the event on your club calendar so members can begin making plans to attend.

3. Encourage your members to go to the Big Country Swap Meet Facebook page and “like” it so they will get the latest updates.

4. Visit www.bigcountryswapmeet.com to get all the details on the event and to reserve spaces.

5. Email your member mailing list to us to that we can send an electronic flier notice to your members. We WILL NOT sell, distribute, or in any way abuse your list, it will ONLY be used to get word out about the swapmeet.

6. Let us know if your business, or one you may know, would like to be an event sponsor. We have sponsorships ranging from $100-$1000 and that will include a complete promotion package and spaces for exclusive use by the sponsor. Sponsors are extremely limited, so act quickly to reserve your spot!

Car Club Package!

We are making a limited number of packages available to car clubs. For $200, you club gets 10 adjoining spaces and listing in the Car Club directory of vendors. Additional club spaces may be reserved for $25 each, but all club packages must be made by preregistration only to provide time to produce the club directory and to provide adequate space.

You can have a great time with all your members close together so you can watch each other’s spaces while you take turns shopping! Bring your club banner, sign, or project and let everyone know who you are!
