Appleton to Gresham Collector Car Tour

Experience the joy of driving your car and participating with other enthusiasts and their cars. You may find that you enjoy it more than attending Wisconsin car shows. More than just seeing beautiful scenic Wisconsin roads we visit tourist attractions, private car collections, museums, and other interesting places that you might never find online.

Starts in Appleton at 8:30am and ends in Gresham at 4pm.

We will meet at “Simon’s Specialty Cheese” at 2735 Freedom Road, Appleton. Come early to get your favorite beverage and browse the store. If some poor soul arrives late we will leave their driving instructions with the store staff.

There is a lot to see at Doc’s Harley Davidson. There is a Classic Car and Motorcycle Museum, a Zoo, and of course a motorcycle show room. Doc’s hand made creations are scattered about the buildings, such as ceiling fans made from motorcycle parts and art. We can watch them feed the alligators, then feed ourselves at their restaurant, the Timeline Saloon & BBQ.

If we have time we will visit Twig’s beverage museum in Shawano. Then we go Gresham to see Ty Ebert’s private collection of cars and cycles.
